SHIPPING + HANDLING
Bluebonnet Goods is not responsible for lost, stolen, and/or damaged packages. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please reach out to me before placing your order.
When will my order ship?
my current processing time is 1 to 5 business days. Note: business days do not include weekends.
Can I change my address?
if your order hasn’t shipped yet, please email me ASAP at bluebonnetvtg@gmail.com With the correct address. If your order has already shipped, you can still contact USPS to redirect your package.
Where is my order?
Please check the tracking number provided and your shipping email confirmation. Allow up to 72 hours for tracking to update. If your tracking number has not been updated for a while please let me know.
Please note that I have no control over the shipping process once a package leaves my hands. Contact USPS with your tracking number to further locate your package.
My Package got sent back to you. What happens now?
Your package was most likely sent back due to an address issue. Incorrect addresses are the most common reason packages are returned. Once I receive the package, you will be refunded for your item. However, the shipping cost will not be refunded. If you prefer me to ship your items out to you again, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Please reach out to me at bluebonnetvtg@gmail.com.
I’m unhappy with the item(s). What do I do?
Please email space with a picture or video of your item you are unhappy with and no later than seven days from when your package was marked delivered. After the 7 days, Bluebonnet Goods can no longer assist with replacements or refunds.
